INVESTMENT PROCESS

The Investment Committee has an established investment process that involves identifying an artist and their work that meets the requirements of the investment strategy and demonstrates strong return potential. The Investment Committee reviews the artist’s history, first and second-hand prices, its market and availability as a basis for an investment decision. Acquired works are actively managed through loans to museums and exhibitions, and the Investment Committee monitors the artist’s development in terms of auction sales, first and second-hand prices and participation in exhibitions and possible museum acquisitions.

ACCESS TO THE ART MARKET

The Investment Committee’s past experience, network of contacts and trust capital provide unparalleled access to the art market. The access creates fantastic entry to, for instance, collaborations with world-class galleries, and enables the acquisition of absolute top works at discounted prices. The Investment Committee’s access also contributes to the democratization of the art market as investors who have not previously had the opportunity or means gain access to top-class works through investment in the fund and at a significantly lower purchase threshold.
